What is Mandala ONE?
Â
This Methodology's foundation lies in the original Elemental Mandala Vinyasa Practice explored through another perspective. Departing from the sacred geometry and numerology of each element we immerse into 4 different flows. Each routine includes contemplative aspects and a strong intention to feel the Earth, Water, Fire and Air within us. It is a physical ceremony that opens the gates of our subtle selfs.
Â
What is the Mandala Vinyasa Practice?
Â
-
A Mandala practice encompasses motion in all directions and perspectives.
-
Based on 4 sequences, each aligned with one of the Elements and its energetic/muscular focus.
-
Uses breath-synchronized motion to deepen connection to self and the Elements.
-
This course uses the Mandala ONE method, integrating numerology and sacred geometry for creative guidance.

Dulce MandalaÂ
Mandala, Teaching Methodology & the Art of Abundance
Dulce Mandala has hosted 100+ courses worldwide training over 3000 students in different modalities. She has designed several Yoga courses with a twist on Psychology and Shamanism.
She has been following a path of yoga, self-inquiry and shamanic tradition for more than 20 years. Her path includes Shamanic practices and influences from Rocket, Prana flow, Tripsichore & Yin Yoga. Her intention is to live in harmony leading to a freer experience with herself and others. Her approach encourages self-responsibility in the path of following your heart.
Dulce created the Mandala Vinyasa & Elements Method. The system is a blend of the Yoga styles she practiced with Shamanism and attention to intention.
By feeling the Element in the physical self, awareness in the emotional and psychological realms transpires. This creates integration.
