Experience an immersive journey into the world of Vinyasa, expertly designed by Dulce Mandala. Honoring our bodies as the gateway to feel new levels of connection, serving as the bridge to other realms. Our Yoga Practices foster physical awareness, while Breathwork & Shamanism facilitate energy activation and release of subtle blockages.

These practices help us cultivate greater self-awareness, paradoxically leading to an understanding of our interconnectedness with the greater whole. The overarching goal of our training is to foster integration.

What is the Ashtanga Philosophy?

  • A way of living aimed at reaching wholeness through ethics, guidelines, and exercises.

  • Focuses on releasing attachment to the past or future to cultivate presence.

  • Includes practices designed to calm mental fluctuations and promote contentment.

  • Emphasizes inner stillness and awareness through diverse techniques.

What is the Ashtanga Vinyasa Practice?

  • Is a set sequence of postures rooted in the constant synchronization of movement and breath.

  • It is embedded in tradition and allows little modifications.

  • The main movement is a forward fold, a very efficient way to create a calmer self.

  • Its one of the oldest forms of Vinyasa, considered the ABC from which you can build more creative flows.

What is the Mandala Vinyasa Practice?

  • A Mandala practice encompasses motion in all directions and perspectives.

  • Based on 4 sequences, each aligned with one of the Elements and its energetic/muscular focus.

  • Uses breath-synchronized motion to deepen connection to self and the Elements.

  • This course uses the Mandala ONE method, integrating numerology and sacred geometry for creative guidance.

Requirements

  •  An open mind and courageous heart.

  • One year minimum of frequent Vinyasa Practice.

  • Completion of the online training and assessments are required to begin your live journey.

Dulce created the Mandala Vinyasa & Elements Method. The system is a blend of the Yoga styles she practiced with Shamanism and attention to intention.
By feeling the Element in the physical self, awareness in the emotional and psychological realms transpires. This creates integration.
