Come and learn about the key fundamentals of Ashtanga Yoga, helping you to transform your practice from basic movement and form into a deep understanding of the mystical realms of “prana” and the channelling of this energy towards higher consciousness. In this workshop we will explain in detail the tangible tools of “Ujjayi Breath”, “bandhas locks ” &“drishti gaze”, how to use them and how to combine them with the overall vinyasa technique, the dance of movement with breath. Come and learn, experiment, experience and deepen your understanding to new levels.
