Yoga

‘The restraint of the modifications of the mind stuff is YOGA’.

I.2 Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.

In whatever way yoga has touched our lives, the benefits of the practice in terms of health, equilibrium, perspective and relaxation are undeniable. Furthermore, we feel that yoga leads you to a path of truth, ultimately leading you to Mukta (freedom) in life.

Yoga means union, it is the process of reaching a state, where our mind, body and soul meet as one. When we reach that moment we can lift free of the fluctuations of the mind, liberated of thoughts that  prevent living in the present moment, finally enjoying the here and now.

The practice of this union will generate glimpses of peace and truth within us. It will allow you to re-evaluate your priorities bringing your awareness from the outside illusions to an internal clarity.

Yoga is the art of reconnecting with yourself, it gives you the opportunity to have a deeper knowledge of your own essence and eventually setting you free of all of all the  illusions that bind us. It is also a science, empirical and exact yet expansive and creative. Through discovering the information of the body and mind, we can progress to balancing the physical, energetic and astral entities. This in turn brings a deep feeling of connectedness and an overall sense of peace. Yoga is the embodiment of peace.
